Soiltechnics Limited is a practice of Geotechnical and Environmental Consultants providing a specialist service to the landowner, developer and the construction industry, offering our expertise in; site investigations, desk studies, geotechnical engineering, assessment and investigation of chemical and gaseous contaminated sites, together with their remediation including landfill waste classification. We also carry out structural fabric surveys and design of construction platforms for mobile plant.

We adopt a multi-optional approach to engineering and environmental assessment of ground conditions, providing as many solutions as possible to allow the most economic option to be established. This approach enables cost benefit analysis and ultimately a valued engineered solution. We take pride in producing comprehensive concise reports written in plain english, for the benefit of clients, construction professionals and to satisfy regulatory authorities.

We maintain professional indemnity insurance to a value of £5m. to cover our activities which includes for circumstances and claims arising in connection with pollution or contamination matters.

We are located in purpose built offices near Walgrave, Northampton, providing the space and modern working environment required by our expanding business. Our central location enables us to operate on a nationwide basis.
